Long before I became a medical mom, I knew what it meant to grow through difficult things. The lotus had always represented my own journey, finding my way through life's messiest moments and somehow continuing to bloom.

But nothing could have prepared me for the journey motherhood would take me on.

For six years, I fought behind the scenes to get her the care she needed. After countless denials, delays, and battles for even basic necessities, I reached a point where I couldn't keep doing it alone. That's when I began sharing our story publicly.

What I discovered was that so many other mothers were fighting those same battles.

Today, Mudflower Mama is where I share our family's journey, the challenges, the victories, the laughter, and everything in between. It's also where I share what I've learned and the things we're building to help other families.

Because our lives may look different than we imagined, but there's still so much life to be lived.
